Back to Back makes locally devised, globally relevant and significant theatre. Based in Geelong, Back to Back is Australia’s only theatre company with a full-time ensemble of actors considered to have an intellectual disability. Back to Back’s philosophy and process places artists with disabilities at the creative core of the company.
Arts Access Australia is the national non-Government organisation working to increase cultural inclusion of the one in five Australians with a disability and those who are at risk of acquiring a disability.
Arts Access SA (AA-SA) is the peak organisation for arts and disability in South Australia. AA-SA advocates for access and participation in South Australia’s arts and cultural life by all people with disabilities, recognising that the arts have become the language of the disability cultures.
