about us The company was co-founded by Sally Chance and Tania Rose in 1991 following the MOC Connections project organised through Carclew Youth Arts Centre. Restless began as a project of Carclew Youth Arts Centre and remained housed at Carclew until 1995. The company was incorporated in 1996.
